What does Niv remember about me?
Short notes she chose to keep, the suggestions you applied, and your conversation. Open What I remember in her panel to read all of it and forget any of it.
Niv keeps three things between visits, all stored against your account and nobody else's: a short set of notes she works from, a record of the suggestions you applied, and your conversation with her, so it follows you from one device to another. You can see all of it, and delete any of it, from her panel.
Reading and deleting it
- Open Niv's panel (press Ask Niv if it is not already on screen).
- Press What I remember at the top of the panel. A drawer headed "What I remember about you" opens.
- Each note shows its kind — goal, constraint, preference, decision or concern — and the note itself. Press Forget beside any one to delete it.
- Applied suggestions appear as lines like "You set … to … (was …)", each with its own Forget.
- Press Forget everything to clear every note and applied suggestion at once.
- Press Delete our conversation to delete the stored conversation and clear it from the screen.
- Press Hide notes to close the drawer.

Is our emergency fund big enough?
You have ₹5.4L marked as your emergency fund, which sits on the Survival rung of your Freedom Ladder. The ladder page shows how many months of essential spending that covers against the target you set.

Niv's panel, with the household asking whether their emergency fund is big enough.
- What I remember — opens the drawer of notes, applied suggestions and the button to delete the conversation.
- Ask about your plan… — the box you type in. Enter sends; Shift+Enter starts a new line.

What a note can and cannot be
Notes are for facts that will still matter in a few months, such as a goal you mentioned or a decision you made and why. Three kinds of note are refused before they are stored:
- A figure — an amount, a rate or a percentage. Your plan is the source of every figure, and a remembered number would be wrong the moment you edit.
- A guess about you — a hedged inference such as somebody "seeming" anxious is not something you said.
- A sensitive subject — health, faith, politics, sexuality, immigration status or ethnicity.
She is told to keep notes sparingly, and they are kept short. When she does note something, the answer shows "Noted for next time", so it never happens silently.
What is not kept
The short remarks she makes when you open a section are not stored. And the notes are separate from the conversation: deleting the conversation leaves your notes, and forgetting the notes leaves the conversation, so use both buttons if you want a clean start.
See this in your own plan.
