What emails does Nivritee send?

Account and security emails, a welcome, a plan-ready note, a one-off reminder, an optional Action Items digest, sharing emails and occasional product news. None ever contains a figure from your plan.

Every email Nivritee sends belongs to a short, fixed list. None contains a figure from your plan — not a total, not an age, not your outcome word. Email is forwarded, quoted and indexed, so your numbers stay behind your own sign-in.

About your account

  • Confirm your email for Nivritee — the link that confirms your address when you sign up. It works for 3 days.
  • Finish setting up your Nivritee account — if somebody signs up with your address while an earlier sign-up with it was never confirmed.
  • Reset your Nivritee password — when you ask for one. The link works for 1 hour.
  • Set a password for your Nivritee account — when you add a password to an account that signs in with Google.
  • You already have a Nivritee account — if somebody signs up with an address that already has one. It never changes that account's password.
  • Security notices — when your password is changed, a password is added, or Google sign-in is connected. They carry the fact of the change and nothing else.

About your plan

  • A welcome, once, when your account is first confirmed.
  • Your Nivritee plan is ready, when you generate it — at most one a day.
  • A reminder, once, two days after sign-up, only if you never generated a plan.
  • Your Nivritee plan has a few things worth a look — the Action Items digest: a plain list of what is new, at most once a day, never while you are using the app. You can turn it off in your profile.

About sharing

  • An invitation to view a plan, or to plan together.
  • Your invitation accepted or declined; your access to somebody's plan ending.
  • A request for your approval to share a plan you hold with your partner, and the confirmation once approved.
  • Notice that a shared plan has been separated.

Product news

Occasionally, an announcement of something new in Nivritee, and a note when a feature you asked to hear about launches. Each is sent once. Recent announcements say how to stop product news: reply "unsubscribe".

Your Nivritee plan has a few things worth a look

Since you were last here, two things came up in your plan: your housing figure looks like it may still be a placeholder, and your day-to-day spending has not been broken down yet.

Sign in to see what each one does to your plan.

  • No figure, ever. Not a total, not an age, not the verdict. Mail is forwarded, quoted and indexed; your numbers stay behind your own sign-in.
  • Batched, never interrupting. One digest at most, and never while you are in the middle of editing.

The Action Items digest as the site draws it: a subject line and two plain sentences about what came up — no figure — beside the two rules every digest follows.

  • No figure, ever — not a total, an age or the verdict.
  • Batched, never interrupting — one digest at most, never while you are editing.

Illustrative figures — not anybody’s real plan.
